COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS
J. Randall Gladden (Randy) commits several days each month to work with pastors, churches and their communities. Randy lives daily to “equip, encourage, and empower the church to advance the Kingdom” – by equipping pastors to discern the opportunities and obstacles impacting their community. Typically Randy spends a day or two working with a church or churches in a community to present economic truths and insights that encourage leaders and congregations. Experiencing Randy’s infectious spirit and commitment to his Calling, reveals how God uses Him to bring about a fresh perspective to the communities he serves.
